¿What is your return policy?
- Garments should not be worn or washed.
- Garments should not be stained, damaged or smell of perfume.
- Garments must be affixed to all labels.
- The garments must be in the same condition as they were sent..
- You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your clothes.
- No liquidation items can be returned.
In the unlikely event that the return does not comply with the above, we will not be able to accept your return.
In the event that the returned garment is stained, the client may choose between staying the garment or assuming the dry cleaning rate.
How to proceed the return process?
All you have to do is putting the garments on their original box and write to us

You will only have to send your return to our central, using any postal service or shipping company that you prefer (or the most convenient for you). This way you will only pay the shipping costs within the Spanish territory.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow us 4 -5 business days for the quality control of the garment once we receive it in the workshop and then 5 -5 business days to your bank to send the refund to your account.
Can I return outlet items?
All outlet items can not be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request that it be returned to you.
What is the cost of shipping if I want to make a return?
Approximately (according to the shipping agency of your choice) will be € 5 from anywhere in the Peninsula. € 10 from the Balearics and € 12 from the Canary Islands.
