Does Womance have a physical store?

We don't have physical store, nor do we sell to other stores. We are an online brand that sells directly to you via our online store.

What does Womance offer me that I don't have any other online store?

Exclusivity: we offer limited edition capsule collections. Our product is high quality at a fair price. We are producers, we don't work with intermediates.
We love having direct contact with our clients. We're on the other side whenever you need us: pedidos@womance.es.

How long will my order take to get home?

If your order is in stock, it will get to your home before 48h. In case we're out of stock, it will take less than 10 days.

You can check the stock in the product's page you're interested in. If you still have doubts, send us an email at help@womance.es. ¡We're always on the other side!

Who takes care of the shipping expenses?

I live outside Spain, could you tell me how much is the shipping cost to my country?

When indicating your shipping address in the purchase process, the website will automatically calculate the shipping cost.

That is, add the products you want to your cart, fill in the address details and see in the purchase summary how much is the shipping cost to your country.

If I want to return my order, how can I do it?

Very easy! When you receive your order, you'll find a returns form inside. Don't get rid of it, because in case you'd wish to return your order you'll have to fill it out with your data so we can make an exchange or return.

Do I have to pay the shipping expenses of the return?

At Womance we'll take care of the shipping costs from our headquarters to your home inside peninsular Spain.

In addition, if what you want is to make a change for another size or another garment, we will also take care of the costs of picking up the one you don't want and sending you the one you have newly chosen (only valid for the first change) .

In the event of a return, shipping expenses will be on your part.

How will the refund be made?

We will need your IBAN code to make the refund.

To do this, don't forget to fill in the space we have assigned in the returns form that comes inside the box of your order.

As soon as we receive this information, we will make the return within 2 to 5 working days.
